At FVGS we have developed a unique Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) Model with many value additions appended. In this model, client can outsource either a part or a full-fledged recruitment activity to FVGS. We understand the business constraints and are always considerate towards clients needs. FVGS will facilitate the recruitment process by providing skilled human resources. and would virtually function as our client's Recruitment Department
FVGS team would be responsible for whole recruitment process which will include catering requirements up to joining of the candidate. FVGS being as a Service recruitment partner will not only reduce costs and save time but will also help in giving more efficient services to managers as well candidates. By outsourcing the Process to FVGS the organizations will have more resources and time to concentrate on their core competencies.
In RPO model, a dedicated team of recruiters will be deployed at client's site and FVGS offices to work on the requirement. This team would follow the client's existing recruitment process or adopt proven recruitment methodologies based on client needs. Constant Communication and necessary MIS reports will be maintained and will be sent to the client in order to update so that they can monitor the ongoing proceedings. Since, RPO is one of our core focus area and hence we utilize our intrinsic economies of scale as well as the veteran recruiting expertise to help client to have the best workforce with streamed line procedures. In addition, the client will also be liberated from tormenting its resources in case of greater fluctuation in volumes.
